Returns and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction with our products is of the utmost importance to us. If  you are dissatisfied with our product for any reason please contact our sales department under "contact us" to arrange for a refund and return of the product according to the following guidelines.

• The product must be in the same condition as it was received without any damage.
• The product must be returned in the original container with all original materials as received.
• Returns will be accepted with shipping charges prepaid by the customer.
• All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Refunds will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase after receipt in acceptable condition of the returned merchandise.
